Rich Hope Guitar Strap

Rich Hope wanted a pretty traditional looking Strap.  First time doing leather lacing, wanted to pull my hair out for a few hours but eventually figured it out.  We tried to match the palate to his acoustic guitar.

Here are some of the sketches.  He wanted something a bit simpler than the first design so I made some changes.  I have a tendency to want a lot going so it was nice to do something minimal.
